Thursday, 9/17 from 4pm-5:30pm Code your own video game with MakeCode Arcade: Introduction In this free workshop, students use block coding to solve puzzles and make your way through the Minecraft world to prepare for your hero's journey. Students will learn some fundamental coding concepts like loops and conditionals while developing their problem-solving skills.

Thursday, 9/24 from 4pm-5:30pm Virtual Road Trip with Bing Plan your perfect American road trip! During this virtual workshop, students will choose 3 national parks or monuments to explore in Bing maps and then put together an exciting PowerPoint presentation showcasing their virtual road trip.

Thursday, 10/1 from 4pm-5:30pm The Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History's "Air and Space Tour" Explore the wonders of air and space by learning about our solar system and the ingenuity of space exploration. By the end of the workshop students will have taken a tour through the solar system, learning about each planet along the way, and learned about the tools astronauts use to make new discoveries, including the Mars rover and Voyager space probes
